He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Perkins; his sons, Robbie Perkins and Carl Perkins (Christy); his sister Elise Lee of Portsmouth, VA.; his daughter-in-law Angie Perkins of Chesapeake, VA.; and his grandchildren, Tameka, Rodawn, Stanley III, Christyn and Carl II. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
