She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jenkins and Glennes Jenkins; her sister Daphne Goodson; and her brother-in-law Bobby Cox. She is survived by: her husband John Shields of Fort Smith; her sons, Jack (Ashley), Charlie (Lauren) of Guthrie, OK and Henry; her granddaughter Edie Marie; her siblings, Gay Cox of Edmond, OK, Sherri Gossett (Bill) of Duncan, OK and Charles; and her brother-in-law Jerry Goodson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
