She is survived by: her husband Jim Chumard; her children, Josh Simons (Jenny) and Audra Anderson (Isaac); her stepson Jade Chumard; her grandchildren, Emily, Parker, Avery, Kinley and Livie; and her siblings, David Bryant, Christy Cassi (Mike) and Barbara Waggoner (John). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
