He is survived by: his mother Nora Moad (Jones); his sister Tammy Williams (Dee); his nieces and nephews, Marylin, Brandon, Heather and Jonathan; his sister Teresa Anceravige (Tony); his nieces and nephews, Brandan, Chris, Michael and Cameron; his sister Trista Gilbert (David); and his nieces and nephews, Tyler and Zach. He is also survived by spouses and children.
