She was predeceased by : her parents, James Edmond Holt and Bertha Arnold Holt; her husband Clyde Woodward; her stepfather Richard Muncy; and her brother James C. Holt.

She is survived by : her daughter Cecilia Woodward of Edmond, OK; and her sisters, Sue Pyatt (Bob) of Springdale, AR and Shirley Fowler of Hackett, AR. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
