He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey "Dee" Hinton and Elizabeth Lee "Bessie" Hinton (Davis); his wife Peggy; and his sisters, Mildred French (Hinton) and Una Watson (Hinton).
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Reimers (Phillip) of Edmond and Valerie Bell (Rodney) of Richmond, Texas; his grandchildren, Katrina Mann (Scott Laughlin) of Hilo and Matthew Mann (Lydia) of St. Petersburg, Florida; his great grandchildren, Wiley Chao Mann and Madeline Jean Mann; and his sisters-in-law, Ramona Knight (Glidewell) of Seagraves and Janis Glidewell of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Westview Boys Home of Hollis, Oklahoma or the Tipton Children's Home of Tipton, Oklahoma.
