He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Blair; his son Shawn Blair; his daughter-in-law Ashlie Wise-Blair; his grandchildren, Derek Blair (Kylie Blair) and Lacie Blair; his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Corie and Baker Blair; his brother Terry Blair; and his extended family, Ronnie, Kathy Funck of El Reno, Jane, Chuck Schultz of New Hampton, Janice Hines and Angie Bynum of El Reno. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
