She is survived by: her husband David Van Winkle of El Reno, OK; her children, James Pennington (Angela) of White Hall, AR and Pamela Sherry (Robert) of El Reno, OK; her sister Celesta Puterbaugh (Kermit) of Kingsland, AR; her grandchildren, Braydon Pennington, Brittney Pennington, Trenton Pennington, Allie Metcalf, Kaine Dalton and Allison Dalton; and her great grandchild Courtleigh Pennington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
