She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harbour and Mildred Louise Harbour; her daughter Terri Thomas; her grandson Julius Thomas Jr.; and her brother Larry Swanner.
She is survived by: her children, Mandy Parks and Michael Edmiston; her grandchildren, Deanna, Travis Powell, Amaya, Donnie Parks III, Tierra, Devon Thomas and Madeline Logan; her siblings, Phyllis Cooper Paula Harbour, Judy Mazza and David Swanner; her siblings' children, Hope Belcuore Kristy, Travis Anderson, Tammy York, Jermany, Larry Cooper James and Timberly Harbour; and her great grandchildren, Kyree, Kymani Freeman, Ranger and Rowan Powell.
