He is survived by: his son Dr. Andre "AJ" Hebert; his parents, Dr. Ann L. Jones and Billy Hebert; his siblings, Karen Hebert (Bill Hebert), Janine Smith (Damon), Michelle Jones and Godsister (Christine Lee); and his nieces and nephews, Carlos Hebert, Christopher Smith, Nicholas Smith, Savanna Tucker and Piper Smith. He is also survived by cousins, family, and friends.
