Barbarra Bullock Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbarra Bullock (Elgin, Oklahoma), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 4, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her friend Sharon; her significant other Steve Scheidemantel; her son Vic; her daughter-in-law Kim Quinton; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Christopher Lent, Ashley Fontenot (Chris) and Chad Tibbetts (Paige); her great grandchildren, Hayden, Weston, Cody Fontenot, Cohen, Case and Rosie Tibbetts; and her children, Isabel Bonner, Tony, Michele Puckett, Diane Denham and Ron Means.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Fort Sill National Cemetery (2648 NE Jake Dunn Rd, Elgin, OK 73538).
