She was predeceased by : her husband Donald Bly; her son Chuck Gilley; her parent Christine Neely; and her siblings, Charles, Ronnie Dale, Erma Ruth and Loretta Sue.

She is survived by : her children, Mark Gilley (Marti), Grant Connor (Amber), Melanie Meyer (David), Cheryl Bell and Rhonda Byron; and her siblings, Donald (Sue), Allen (Delora), Issac Jr., Debbie (Dale) and Emma Louise. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
