He is survived by: his mother Alma Lois Waugh; his daughter Vanessa Owen (Dale); his grandchildren, Dylan Owen and Cheyenne Boon (Paxton); his great grandchildren, Esme Owen and Sage Coleman; his brother Chuck Waugh (Lori); his nieces and nephews, Justin, Monica Lavender, Andre and Brittney Culbreth; his sister-in-law Dorothy Waugh; his nephew Colton Waugh; his niece Danielle Salazar; and his aunt Mary Rowray (Jady). He is also survived by many cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
