He is survived by: his daughter Andrea Hazeghazam (late Shawn Hazeghazam); his stepchildren, Teresa Hurst (Kendal Hurst), Shane Lucas Burke (Lana Lucas Burke) and Tony Burke (Karen Burke); and his siblings, Andrew Duffy (family: Mary Ann Waclawik) and Sheila Kelment.
