He was predeceased by : his parents, James Holden and Ida Mae Miller (McCloskey); and his siblings, Ira Miller (Lillian Keeney), Lucille Ambrose (Donald "Buck" Miller), Doris Bates and Dorthy Butler.
He is survived by : his former life partner Larry Dean Roll of Fletcher; his wife Donna Berry; his children, Janet, Dale Cantrell of Ninnekah, Oklahoma, Kay, Jim Gill of Hope Hull, Alabama, Gay Huneycutt of Letohatchee, Alabama, David Berry of Tahlequah, Oklahoma and Shawna Stabler of Duncan, Oklahoma.; and his grandchildren, Lori Woodingsd, Jamie Wolfe, Billy Huneycutt, John D. Huneycutt, Matthew Huneycutt, Brad Gill, Amber Sloan, Chad Gill, Stephanie Shrock, Steven Shrock and John Huneycutt.
