She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl M. Fabre and Frank S. Fabre; and her son Fred J. Zagaruyka (Freddie Joe). She is survived by: her husband Fred "Zack" Zagaruyka; her children, Edward V. (Becky J. Zagaruyka), Theresa M. Zagaruyka (James W.), James N. (Jacqueline R.) and Thomas A. (Vikki L. Zagaruyka); and her daughter-in-law Terry L. Zagaruyka.
