He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughan Maddox and Velma Maddox (Elliott); and his sister Colleen. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Maddox; his daughter Barbara Jean Ezzell (Buddy); his grandchildren, Marsha and Alex; and his sister Leah.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Fort Sill National Cemetery (2648 NE Jake Dunn Rd, Elgin, OK 73538).
