She was predeceased by: her mother Rosa Mae Nicholson (Crites); her husband Coy Smith; her father James Nicholson; and her sister Betty Boyett. She is survived by: her son Keith Smith (Catherine) of Elk City, Oklahoma; her granddaughters, Chastity Hamlett of Cordell, Constance Snuggs (Cody) of Carter and Crystal Wash (Tom Verdine) of Yukon, Oklahoma; and her nephew Jimmy Boyett (Diane) of Elk City, Oklahoma..
