Evans of Elk City and Preston Dale Johnson of Neenah, Wisconsin; his close friends, Johnny Ross (Wendy) of Elk City, Sandy Ivy of Elk City and Joe Ray Schones of Elk City, Oklahoma; and his sister Hazel Richardson.
