He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee and Ruby Pairthina Cloud (Dees); his siblings, Joy Carter, Nadine Moore, Meddie Jose, Mary Ellen Cloud, Sharon Book, Tammy Cloud, Willard Smith, Johnny Cloud and Larry Cloud; his parents-in-law, George and JoReed Page; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Page, Barbara Page and Terry Kauk.
He is survived by: his wife Pauletta Cloud of Elk City, Oklahoma; his children, Jerry Joe Cloud (Stephanie) of Claremore, Dusty Lee Cloud (Shannan) of Elk City, Kimberly Kathleen Cockrell (Jerry) of Cheyenne and Season Pairthina Mayfield (Bobby) of Elk City, Oklahoma; his siblings, Leona Bohanon of Elk City, Lucy Clark of Oklahoma City, Diana Langley of Elk City, Oklahoma, Jimmy Cloud of Elk City and Robert Cloud of Elk City, Oklahoma; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Kauk of Butler and Billy Book of Seminole, Oklahoma.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Martin-Dugger Funeral Home and Cremation Services (600 W Country Club Blvd, Elk City, OK 73644). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Eastside Baptist Church (421 N Booth Ave, Elk City, OK 73644).
