He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Downs and Francis Downs; his wife Sandy; and his son Kenny Downs. He is survived by: his son Todd Downs (Stephanie) of Clinton; and his parent-in-law D'Fawn Downs of Weatherford. He is also survived by family and friends.
