He is survived by: his mother Damiana Marquez of Chihuahua, Mexico; his wife Patricia Hilburn of Clinton, Oklahoma; his son Endi Diaz of Elk City, Oklahoma; and his brothers, Carlos Diaz of Elk City, Alejandro Diaz (Mathy) of Chihuahua, Jose Diaz (Melissa) of Hobbs, Luis Diaz of Chihuahua and Cesar Diaz of Elk City, Oklahoma.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Martin-Dugger Funeral Home and Cremation Services (600 W Country Club Blvd, Elk City, OK 73644). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Matthew's Catholic Church (3001 N E Hwy 66, Sayre, OK 73644).
