He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann (Kamphaus); his sons, Jeremy Welsh of Sweetwater, OK and Jarrod Welsh (Trish) of Weatherford, OK; his grandchildren, Brandon Turney (Stevin), Erica Adams (Brett), Jacoby Welsh, Symphony Welsh, Jonah Welsh and Arwen Welsh; his great grandchild Keith Cornell; his sisters-in-law, Lana Merz (Kevin) and Lara Langley (Kevin); his nephews, Nathan and Kyle Merz; and his close friend Janey Pease. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
