He is survived by: his wife Ann Casper of Elk City; his children, Carla Dawson (John) of Warrenville, IL, Percy Casper Jr. of Enterprise Al and Talynn Jones of Oklahoma City; his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Blaylock of Odessa and Christine Crawford of Dallas Tx; and his grandsons, Garrhett Casper, Laundra Casper, Donte Dawson and Quincy Jones. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
