She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Wells and Covilla Bell Wells (Brigance); her daughter Cynthia Ann Pratt; and her siblings, Billy Wells, Wanda Woolf, June Penn and Jimmie Ralls.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kristy Smith (Lloyd Crosby) of Elk City and RueLynn Ivy (Steve) of Elk City, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Chris Devine (Sarah), David Tignor (Tara), Dillon Devine (Alyssa), Tabatha Greene (Curtis), Katie Rice (Brody), Andy Devine (Toni), Hunter Ivy (Ric Catlin), Morgan Combs (Craig) and Madeline Peterson (Zach); her brother Lloyd Wells (Susan) of Conroe, Texas; and her nieces and nephews, Lois Harris (Ray), Jan Lawdermilk (David), Sheri Wascom (JB), Mike Woolf (Ellen), Trecia Hamilton (Alan), Floyd Reed (Rhonda), Brett Wells, Bobby Ralls Jr. (Denny), Scott Wells and Crystal Noski (Brian). She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
