He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Tapper and Verna Tapper; and his brother Clifford O'Neal. He is survived by: his daughter Beth Parsons (Matt Parsons); and his grandchildren, Jack of Arcadia, Oklahoma. and Ruby Parsons of Arcadia, Oklahoma..
