He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Levi Blevins, Judd of Enid, Holly and Dustin; his wife Barbara; his grandchildren, Taylor of Azle, Teddy and Hollen of Alva; his daughter Jessica Aebi; his children-in-law, Chase Aebi of Enid and Samantha; and his grandson Beau of Seattle.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel (3002 N Van Buren St, Enid, OK 73703).
