He is survived by: his mother-in-law Charlotte Montcastle of Ames; his children, Aaron Higgins of Oklahoma City, Andrea Cooper (Chad) of Kingfisher and Sara Lewallen (Kevin) of Omega; his siblings, David Higgins (Donna) of Weatherford, Nancy Speer (Jack) of Florida and DeeDee Brinker of Texas; and his sister-in-law Kathy Higgins of New Jersey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
