He is survived by: his parents, Eddie Harrel and Janeta Harrel (Wright) of Elk City, Oklahoma; his daughters, Schylar Cupp (Brennon) of Fargo and Arin Beth Harrel of Elk City, Oklahoma; his sisters, Kate Melton (Kenneth) of Oklahoma City, Kassi Ballard (Michael) of Elk City, Oklahoma and Karissa Ballard; his nephew Kaden Ballard; and his grandson Everett Wayne Cupp of Fargo, Oklahoma.
