He is survived by: his children, Todd Ukena (Mikela) of Lubbock, Texas and Lynn Lorenz (Jeff) of Broken Arrow; his grandchildren, Mikela Bryant (Shane) of Snyder, Chris Lorenz of Nobel and Allie Schreier (Adam) of Stillwater; his great grandchildren, Kendall Bryant and Arlo Schreier; and his brother Dennis Bruce Ukena of Orlando, Florida..
