We are sad to announce that, on October 31, 2025, at the age of 96, Billy Fulkerson (Enid, Oklahoma) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriet Jo and R. A. "Dick" Fulkerson. He is survived by: his spouse Evanah Lorene Simonton; his daughters, Terry Pitchford (Dean) of Enid and Pamela Neese (Gary) of Greensboro, NC.; his grandchildren, Amy, David Humphrey, Jared, Sofia Pitchford, Zacch, Kyle Neeese, Sean Neese Michael, Tomy Neese and Patricia; and his great grandchildren, Amanda Humphrey, Meraiah, Benjamin Kirtley, Owen Humphrey, Natalia, Eli, Evan Pitchford, Leland, Nolan, Rebecca Neese and James Neeseand Patricias.
They traveled extensively and shared the love of Christ and was still planting seeds of that love in the hospital at the end. instead of flowers, the family suggested memorial to Oklahoma Baptist Disaster Relief fund as appropriate for memorials.
