He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Lee and Lilly Elizabeth Smith (Buller). He is survived by: his wife Connie Smith (Barker); his children, Jacqueline Henderson (Jesse) and Duane Smith (Karla); his grandchildren, Riley Henderson (Adrian Guana), Isaiah and Royal Smith; and his siblings, Judy Carrier and David Smith. He is also survived by three great- grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in Billy's name may be made to the Enid SPCA with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
