In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Bobby leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Bobby may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his father Don Sooter; and his granddaughter Paisley. He is survived by: his mother Eva Sooter (Bilbrey); his fiancée Verna Rex; his children, Darren Sooter (Kelsey) of Tatum, Lacey Sooter of Tatum, Mandy Hall of Enid, Amy Travis of Enid, Amber Dickinson (Lonnie) of Enid and Joe Hall (Kim) of Enid; and his siblings, Donna Rowland of Seminole Texas and Leslie (Laura) of Lovington. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Brown-Cummings Chapel (400 W Maple Ave, Enid, OK 73701).
