He was predeceased by: his mother Debra Coulter (Johnson); and his grandparents, Wilbur, Carolyn Johnson, Donald, Patricia Ekern, Raymond Coulter, James Helterbrake and Harold Melrose.
He is survived by: his father Myron Coulter of Aline; his sisters, Lindsay (Matt) of Waukomis and Lacey (Greg) of Enid; his nieces and nephews, Kelsey, Brynli, Kaylee, Keegan, Bryson and Kasen; and his grandmothers, Winnie Melrose and Marilyn Coulter.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Anderson Burris Funeral Home & Crematory (3002 N Van Buren St, Enid, OK 73703). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Good Hope Cemetery (7097 Saintte Hwy 58, Helena, OK 73741).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Bennie's Barn Equine Therapy/Riding Facility through Anderson-Burris Funeral Home, an organization that reflects Brian's lifelong love for horses and roping.
