He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Cook and Mildred Cook (Larson); his grandson Terry Shaver, Jr.; and his son-in-law Terry Shaver. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his daughters, Charlene Shaver of Spokane, WA and Wendy Imming (Tom) of Spokane, WA; and his stepchildren, Kathy Young of Enid, Sheri Nelson (Doug) of Enid and Troy Young (Charlene) of Edmond, OK. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
