He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Bittle and Lucille Bittle; his parents-in-law, Levi and June Stagner; and his great grandchild Jace Reiley.
He is survived by: his wife Marty Stagner; his children, April Bittle Rodriguez (Danny) and Charley Bittle Jr. (Shandy); his grandchildren, Danielle Reiley (Shane), Alaina Rodriguez (Seth), Callen Rodriguez (Cole), Kathleen, Lillian and Levi Bittle; and his great grandchildren, Carter Daniel and Avery Charles Reiley. He is also survived by his family and friends.
Memorial contributions can be made in Charley's name to the Enid Police Department K9 Unit, with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
