He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Reynolds of Enid, OK; his wife Ann Clark; his daughter Phara Queen (Richard); his grandchildren, Abbey Williams (Christopher) and Riley Allen; his son David Rathbun (Nori); his great grandchildren, Luca Williams and Nico Williams; his stepdaughter Karen Duncan (David); his stepgrandchildren, Emily, Whitney and Kelsey; his stepson Tim Clark (Donna); his stepgrandchildren, Scott and Chris; his daughter Lindsay; his stepdaughter Carol Clemens (Scott); and his stepgrandchildren, McLain and Sam.
