With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chester Alan Arthur in Enid, Oklahoma, born in Ringwood, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 14, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ira Leaton and Sara Irenea Arthur (Veatch); and his daughter Margaret Barnes. He is survived by : his wife Mary Ebert; and his son Alan Arthur.
