He is survived by: his daughter Jaelyn Mendoza of Enid; his parents, Paulina Ryan of Enid and Carlos Mendoza of Moreno Valley, California.; his daughter Sage Ann of Oklahoma City; and his siblings, Raquel, Erica, Merissa, Anthony and Jacquelyn. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, friends.
