She is survived by : her children, Diana Lee Ortiz of Baldwin Park, California, Joey Ortiz of Enid, David Ortiz of Enid and Gabriel Ortiz of Enid; and her sisters, Judy Metcalfe of Goltry and Donna Gonzalez of Washington. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
