He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Skaggs and Billie Skaggs of Lamont. He is survived by: his wife Susie Skaggs; his brother Lyndal Skaggs (Maxie); his children, Lara Morris (Jamie), Amy Mayes (Mark), Jason Skaggs (Amy), Brian Devoll and Sarah Christensen; his grandchildren, Jett Thompson, Mikaela Morris, Kynlee Friesen (Nick), Olivia Christensen, Elizabeth Devoll, Karoline Skaggs, Mikenna Morris, London Birchfield, Annie Christensen, Alia Birchfield and Jacob Devoll; and his great grandchild Ellie Jo Thompson.
Memorial donations may be made in his name in lieu of flowers to the West Ramp Fund of the United Methodist Church, Enid, Loaves and Fishes or the Lamont Cemetery Association with Brown-Cummings serving as custodians of the funds.
