He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Nightingale and Sophia Nightingale (Koehn); and his siblings, Orlin and Jeanne. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Buller; his children, Robyn White (Brian), Kelly Noak (Michael) and Branden Nightingale (Michelle); his siblings, Danny (Gail) and Bonnie Dyck (Kenny); and his grandchildren, Brooke, Nehemiah, Lauren (Preston), Abbey, Isaiah and Samantha. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

Memorial Contributions in DeWayne's name can be made to Youth and Family Services, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as the funds.
