She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Gerhard and Beulah Gerhard (Noland); her daughter Robin Shepard (Holloway); her granddaughter Shelby Hale; and her siblings, Bill Gerhard, Gloria Jack (Gerhard) and Janice Rork (Gerhard).
She is survived by: her husband Steve Heffron; her children, Mark Holloway (Penny) of Lahoma and Julie Hale (Chip) of Tulsa, OK; her son-in-law Richard Shepard; her grandchildren, Derek Shepard (Amanda), Krystol Hale, Daniel Shepard (Sarah), Harley Bradshaw (Alex), Dustin Shepard and William Holloway; her great grandchildren, Athena Hale, Wesley Bradshaw, Sutton Shepard, Nathaniel Shepard, Bryce Bradshaw, Leland Shepard, Logan Shepard, Graham Shepard, Peyton and McKenzie Stamper; Donna. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Memorial contributions in Donna's name may be made to Enid Phillips Symphony or Hospice Circle of Love with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
