Donna Prochaska Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Prochaska of Enid, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 16, 2025 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donna Prochaska to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert W. Streich and Garnett Streich-Sawyer; and her brothers, Albert Streich, Jr. and Gene Reimer. She is survived by: her husband Robert Lee Prochaska; her sons, Jeffrey Lee, Mark Wayne (Laura) and Michael Carl (Teresa); her grandchildren, Alison Collins (Kelton), Chloe Draper (Jake), Conner Prochaska and Callie Burton (Tanner); and her great grandchildren, Jesper Collins, Willow Collins and Silas Prochaska.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel (2800 N Van Buren St, Enid, OK 73703).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or Chisholm Trail Cowboy Church, with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
