She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Muncy O'Kelley and Annabelle Virginia Lynch O'Kelley; her son Kimmeth Gale Hedrick; and her brothers, Bruce, Jimmy, Lonnie and Wayne.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy King (Andy) of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Mike Hedrick (Carol) of Springdale, Arkansas and Gina Woodward (Steve) of Enid, Oklahoma. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
