He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Dickerson and Roberta Dickerson (Green); and his siblings, Bob, Norma and Brad Dickerson.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Copeland; and his children, Dan Butler (Jaime) and Gabe Watts (Lyndsay). He is also survived by five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
