With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edna Hyle of Enid, Oklahoma, born in Vallejo, California, who passed away on December 8, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Edna has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Holmes and Wilma Marie Holmes (Plumlee); her husband Victor; and her brother Dale Holmes. She is survived by: her son Jimmy; and her brother Bill Holmes (Debbie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel (2800 N Van Buren St, Enid, OK 73703).
Memorial contributions in Edna's name may be made to Complete Hospice, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
