She was predeceased by: her parents, George Harris and Edna Harris (Hoover); her husband Charles Richard Krout Sr.; her sister Rosalie Wilson; and her great great grandchild Zion.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Jean Spalding, Nora Mae Snyder (Steve) and Charles Richard Krout Jr. (Maria).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Ethel's name may be made to Parkinson's Foundation with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory serving as custodian of the funds.
