He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Russell Andrew Sr. and Frankie Andrew (Parker); his former wife Lou Ellen; his son Rob; and his great grandchild Colby.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Rogers; his sons, Bill (Darla), Tim (Jeanne) and Tom (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Sean (LaToshia), Brett (Thania), Tara (Christian), Tyler, Tricity, Parker, Luke (Emily) and Russell (Savana). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson and several nieces, nephews and countless loving Parker cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 2505 W Owen K Garriott Rd, Enid, OK 73703.
Memorials may be made to Emmanuel Enid or Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation-Kidney Division with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
