He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Hicks Meadows and T. D. Meadows; and his siblings, Rick Meadows, Sandy Elam and Jodi Meadows.

He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Christie Gordon (Chad) and Michael Meadows (Linda); his grandchildren, Bethanie Finholm (Tom), Kailey White (Kal), Jillian Gordon and Thatcher Meadows; his great grandchild Emilia White; and his siblings, Debby Fleharty, Randy Meadows (Teresa), Pam Luis and Tammy Rogers (Tony). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
